Determined to bring that vision to life, they traveled to the heart of poutine culture—Quebec. For two years, they explored the province in depth, tasting countless variations, studying regional techniques, and sourcing the highest-quality ingredients. They analyzed what made each recipe exceptional and blended those traditions with their own creative approach. Once the concept was perfected, they put their plan into motion.

They envisioned a poutinerie that reflected their personalities—an enchanting, woodsy atmosphere brought to life with a touch of magic. The unicorn became their signature symbol, representing imagination, craftsmanship, and the playful creativity infused into every dish. With that, Enchanted Poutinerie was born: a bold idea transformed into a memorable and distinctive brand.

Our first chapter began at our former location on Wilson Avenue near Yorkdale Mall, where the concept quickly gained momentum. Today, our vision has grown far beyond that single storefront. We are committed to expanding across Canada, sharing our unique poutine experience from coast to coast. From there, we aim to venture into the United States and ultimately into Europe, bringing our passion for exceptional poutine to customers around the world.
